Specializing in various styles of yoga with over 30 classes per week, taught by the top instructors on the North Shore, you are sure to find the style that works for you! For a total body workout Yoga Sakti also offeres TRX Suspension Training, Yoga Wall, Ballet Barre, Spinning and various combo classes like SPIN/Yoga and SPIN/TRX. With a Wellness Center including acupuncutre and massage therapy Yoga Sakti has everything you need to achieve optimal health!
We offer over 30 YOGA classes per week. Our classes are open to all levels and instructors will offer modified positions for beginners. See class descriptions to find the class that suits you best. Most students bring their own yoga mats but we do have them to rent for $3. We offer complimentary hand towels and shower towels.
For TRX, we recommend that you take a Beginner or Basics class to get familiar with the straps and positioning. We offer a variety of TRX classes ranging from boot camp style, to basics. Staff is available at any time to discuss which classes may be right for you. We are confident that we have a class for everyone! Sneakers are required, water is encouraged and towels are suggested!
Check out our new SPIN studio! Classes are open to all levels except the RoadFit Cycling. We suggest that beginners try a 45 or 60 minute SPIN class before the 75 minute endurance ride. We really love the combination of SPIN with TRX and yoga. To encourage students to add SPIN to their routine, we offer classes for $8 if taken with TRX or Yoga. See our printable schedules for more details! Hand towels will be provided in the SPIN room.
We are the only studio on the North Shore with The Great Yoga Wall. It is such a treat! The opening and stretch you receive from a session on the wall is unlike anything else. We offer Yoga Wall classes on our regular schedule as well as in two hour workshops once a month. We suggest you have a basic knowledge of yoga before taking your practice to the wall.
