Vito Politano

Vito started yoga to help heal a neck injury, and soon discovered his mind, heart and life challenged. After becoming a Baptiste Assistant, encouraged by a friend, and reluctant with fear, Vito began teaching to continue sharing this healthy, powerful and healing evolutionary practice. Vito is a caring instructor who strives to teach interesting classes incorporating themed sequences and music, while maintaining a strong connection to breath and safe alignment to inspire a sustainable practice — and never taking things too seriously. Vito teaches full-time and is inspired by a diversity of trainings, continuous studies, and workshops.  Vito’s trainings include:  his 200 hour certification with Natasha Rizopoulos in the YogaWorks method and trainings with Seane Corn, Ana Forrest, Marc St. Pierre, Ellen Heed and Santosh Karmacharya. Vito also voluntarily teaches gentle/chair yoga to the Residents of the Little Sisters of the Poor (where he previously managed grants and volunteers).
