This workshop is a fun, fast paced, high intensity boot camp to get you in tip top shape! We will combine a variety of strength training, mobility & agility to build the best possible you! This uses a combination of body weight and endurance exercises. All ages and abilities are welcome, the workouts can always be customized to the participant. You will need a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.Meet at Salem Common.
