Next you’ll scan the body from head to toe holding postures to help build muscle memory and stamina. As you settle in and soften, the longer holds will allow the muscles, tendons, and ligaments to stretch and open up. It’s great for anyone looking to relax, relieve stress, and increase flexibility.
