Our hips are like the junk drawers we all hide in our kitchen, the place where we store our unwanted “stuff.” Come clear out all the stress and stuff that no longer serves you. This one and a half hour workshop will have a special focus on the hips and hamstrings and feature the sounds of the Grateful Dead. There are many causes for tight hips such as a sedentary lifestyle, stress, and common workouts like running and cycling. Lisa will warm you up with sun salutations then bring you down onto your mat where the sequencing will focus on increasing the mobility of the pelvis, opening the hips, and loosening the hamstrings. This is a perfect workshop for athletes looking for some deep stretching or anyone looking to just let go of some stress.This workshop is suitable for all levels.
