Here is your chance to dive deep into advancing your inversion practice. We will learn the basics of handstands starting with the foundation of the pose, the muscles needed and the alignment necessary to hold and sustain a freestanding handstand. You will be led through a sequence that will prepare you for this difficult but attainable pose. We will explore different entries and exits into and out of the pose with lots of help from our friend, the wall! Through integration, you can put all the parts together to that make the whole pose strong, stable and effortless. Have no fear, you can do this!! Please bring a mat.
