Through instruction and participation, yogis will deepen their appreciation for why it’s difficult to successfully launch a daily meditation practice. Through many brief meditation exercises, participants will gain a more realistic understanding of the simplicity and directness of mindfulness meditation. Participants will be encouraged to discover a path in mindfulness that can work for them through the challenges of life, just as it is now. Please wear comfortable clothing. There will be some physical movement, balancing and gentle stretching.
