We will begin with a short meditation, then work through a series of questions that will help the workshop participants understand how to create and follow their self care plan. Self Care and Mindfulness have proven to improve health, reduce stress, improve mood and productivity and increase general well being. We will work together to understand how to achieve this within the lifestyle of each participant.
