Resistance stretching is a special form of Stretching the body -- using it’s own natural tension & resistance that works on the fascia (connective tissue) along the energetic meridian lines.  

This class will make your stiffness & tension disappear and is a chance for you to learn how to relieve pain, heal injuries and get energized for everyday.


This class is for Everyone…who has a body that has basic mobility & interest.


You’ll get a full body stretch, a good workout, and we’ll focus on areas where the fascial tissue is stiffest.  This method addresses the body’s dense fascia from injuries,  repetitive movements, or surgery.  It is what we always hoped stretching would provide.
