Looking for a clearer understanding of Yoga?
Geared for the beginner students or those simply curious about yoga, Yoga 101 will introduce you to the basic building blocks of yoga and mindful breath work. You will learn how the mind, body, and breath work together from the ground up. Individual alignment cues, modifications, and assists will be given throughout this series. Each session will end with a renewing relaxation period and an easy guided meditation.
Week 1- Learn the foundation skills of Sun Salutation A and how to connect to breath.
Week 2- Learn the foundation skills Sun Salutation B and standing postures.
Week 3- Experience backbends, twists, and core conditioning.
Week 4- String what you’ve learned together, to create a yoga practice, personalized to meet your needs.
