Deep Stretch & Restore w/Essential Oils & Sound Bowls

Infrared Deep Stretch & Restore (60 minutes) Settle into a soothing, slow-paced practice under the gentle warmth of infrared heat. This calming class blends gentle, sustained stretches with restorative postures designed to release tension, lengthen muscles, and support mobility. Yin Yoga w/ Reiki & Sound Bowls

Yin Yoga with Reiki + Sound Bowls A deeply restorative experience to help you reset and recharge for the week ahead. This class focuses on long-held yin postures that gently target the connective tissues, improve mobility, and release deep tension. Ali guides you into fully supported restorative postures that allow the body to soften, release, and recover. As you melt into each pose, Ali and Julanne move throughout the room providing hands-on adjustments and soothing massage with calming essential oils. Restorative with Thai Massage

Infra-Red Thai Bodywork Yoga Led by a senior teacher and Thai massage specialist, this deeply therapeutic class blends gentle movement, mindful breath, and restorative stillness under soothing infra-red heat. The practice begins with simple, calming breathwork and gentle yoga to warm the body and release areas of tension. From there, you will settle into supported restorative poses with an emphasis on Thai bodywork–inspired assists, including rhythmic compression, traction, and assisted stretching.
