Sculpt

Strength meets focus in this empowering 45-minute sculpt class, enhanced by intensified infrared warmth to help muscles activate more deeply and efficiently. Using medium weights and a variety of props, you’ll target every major muscle group with controlled, intentional movements designed to tone, shape, and define.

Circuit

Reiki & Restore with Massage

This is Yoga Sakti’s signature therapeutic experience. Practiced under soothing infra-red heat, this deeply restorative class is designed to calm the nervous system and support profound release. Coley gently guides you into fully supported postures using multiple props, allowing your body to soften, open, and rest without effort. As you settle in, Coley and onsite massage therapist Julanne move throughout the room offering hands-on massage and therapeutic adjustments, while Sarah provides Reiki energy healing to help clear stagnant or negative energy. This multi-layered experience addresses both the physical and energetic body, leaving you feeling deeply nourished, rested, and refreshed—with tension released and balance restored from the inside out.

Relax & Restore with Essential Oils & Massage

Infra-Red Restorative Yoga This is exactly what your body needs at the midweek point to reset, restore, and recharge. Practiced under gentle infra-red heat, this deeply calming class offers a safe, nourishing space for rest and renewal. Ali guides you into fully supported restorative postures that allow the body to soften, release, and recover. As you melt into each pose, Ali and Julanne move throughout the room providing hands-on adjustments and soothing massage with calming essential oils. The combination of infra-red warmth, therapeutic touch, and intentional stillness helps quiet the nervous system and ease physical tension. You will leave feeling lighter, grounded, and fully restored—ready to move through the rest of your week with ease and clarity.

Restorative with Thai Massage

Infra-Red Thai Bodywork Yoga Led by a senior teacher and Thai massage specialist, this deeply therapeutic class blends gentle movement, mindful breath, and restorative stillness under soothing infra-red heat. The practice begins with simple, calming breathwork and gentle yoga to warm the body and release areas of tension. From there, you will settle into supported restorative poses with an emphasis on Thai bodywork–inspired assists, including rhythmic compression, traction, and assisted stretching. This intentional, hands-on approach supports both physical release and nervous system regulation. Slow Flow

Infra-Red Slow Flow & Stretch (60 minutes) Infra-Red Slow Flow & Stretch is a grounding, rejuvenating practice designed to support both mobility and restoration under gentle infra-red heat. Class begins with a slow, mindful flow that links breath to movement, gradually warming the body and creating ease in the joints and muscles. The second half of class transitions into deep, intentional stretching with longer holds to release tension, increase flexibility, and restore balance. Suitable for all levels, this class blends steady, accessible movement with calming stretches, leaving you feeling open, relaxed, and renewed—physically supported and mentally refreshed.
