Get off the roads and onto the trails this Fall with our Intro to Trail Running Workshop. Each Sunday you'll meet at a different trail on the North Shore to enjoy some exercise and nature. We have a strict "No Runner Left Behind Policy" so don't worry about your pace. Location and description of each run will be sent out in advance.
