We'll run weekly on Saturdays at 9am at different trails on the North Shore. Runs will vary between 3.5 - 5 miles. Beginner trail runners are welcome however you must be able to run 3 miles on the road comfortably. We have a strict no runner left behind policy. This session will have 5 runs and go through June 10th.
First run will be on Sunday April 30th at 10:30 am. All other runs will be Saturdays at 9:00 am.
*No run on Saturday May 13th.
Cost of workshop is $50.
