Join Kelly and Lisa as they team up with ZēLUS Beer to bring you Yoga Sakti’s first tri event. Kelly will lead off the workshop with a 5k run accessible to new and experienced runners alike. There is a strict “No Runner Left Behind” policy and maps of the 5k course will be available prior to the run. Once runners are back at the studio, Lisa will guide the group through a 45-minute Yoga for Runners practice. The Yoga practice will focus on breath, core work, and lengthening the hip and leg muscles. After all your hard work, ZēLUS will greet you in the lobby to refresh and rehydrate you with an electrolyte enhanced IPA and Apricot Pale Ale. Who knew rehydrating could taste so good!
