A truly integrative experience combining yoga, sound-healing, and reiki: Kapha Music blends modern electronic rhythms with ancient sound healing frequencies that awaken each energy center in the body while resonating with the Earth's own chakras through ethnic sounds and cultural influences from around the globe. After a guided mediation, students will flow through their energetic recalibration with poses specifically sequenced with the music to target each chakra, while the frequencies of Kapha's music clear them through resonation and intention. After the vinyasa portion, students will melt into bliss with a restorative sequence that will calm the mind while deeply stretching the body. Christina will also be providing hands-on Reiki therapy with essential oils during an extended savasana to enhance relaxation and healing. Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.
